SANCTIONS

The Sanctions laid out are as follows:

• Shipping Lines and other Carriers that failed to adhere strictly to palletized containerized cargo shall be asked to take back on-board the non-palletized cargo.
• Shipping Lines and other Carriers that failed to transmit a cargo manifest shall be denied the berthing right (Pilotage) by NPA.
