[Calabar] New self assessment and upfront e-payment procedure

As of Wednesday 12th of May 2010, the new self assessment and upfront e-payment procedure will be operational at Calabar. Please note the following:

1- Clearing agent will assess SGDs

2- Proceed to bank for payment

3- The clearing agent will trigger selectivity

4- Exit note will be generated by terminal operator
